This one has been a long time coming… and it makes it that much more special 🤍

We first connected back in July of 2022 when they were just starting to think about buying a home. We talked through those early first steps, what to expect, how to prepare, and of course my biggest advice: save, save, SAVE 🙌🏼

Fast forward to this last October and things got real. They were ready!!!

I connected them with lenders, they asked all the right questions, and ultimately chose to work with Aleesha (who is AMAZING, by the way 💁🏻‍♀️). By November, we sat down for a full buyer consultation and mapped everything out, every step, every “what if,” every question answered.

And then…the fun part began 🏡

We toured a handful of homes...some good options, but nothing that felt quite right. Until this one.

Funny enough, it was just slightly outside of the area they originally had in mind, but the moment we saw it, we all knew, THIS was it.

Back in May, I received an email from a potential client who had been referred to me by a past client. She told me she was interviewing a handful of agents — and a few weeks later, I got the BEST email: out of everyone, she chose me! 🥹 I was over the moon and couldn’t wait to help her through this journey.

We had specific timelines to keep in mind (leases, vacations, all the moving parts), so we were strategic in how we moved forward. A couple of weeks ago, she fell in love with two homes — we toured, wrote on one, but that one didn’t work out. And you know what? That’s because the right one was just around the corner.

When this new listing popped up, I wasn’t sure at first. We had seen a nearly identical floor plan with tiny closets that would have been a nightmare. But she went to the open house and — surprise! — this one had HUGE closets. Same floor plan, yet completely different. 🤯 It was perfect for her.

We wrote an offer, and it was accepted almost immediately! 🎉

Six years ago, I first met this amazing client when I helped her and her son find a rental home. At the time, I wasn’t very familiar with the rental side of real estate, but I did everything I could to support them.

Fast forward to August 12th of this year — she reached out to me on TikTok, letting me know that she and her husband were ready to start the process of buying a home.
