Congratulations to this buyer in particular! They were relocating to Washington State and were unfamiliar with the area. After connecting them with a lender we were off to see some houses for their initial visit to the area. We looked at places all over the south Sound until we found the perfect property for their needs. I’m so excited to see them settle in!

If you’re not sure where to start, let’s talk soon.

Did you know that women could not even apply for their own credit card until the 1970’s?

Did you get to enjoy the snowy day? What an unexpected treat for an already scheduled half-day at school! The kids got to play twice as much as usual. We started out the day playing in our yard and then headed over to on STW for hot chocolates with the folks at for the Q***r Stabili-TEA event all before school.

How did you handle the snow?

Don’t you just love Alfred’s Cafe? Me too.

If you haven’t had the pleasure of volunteering at the headquarters, consider this your sign to get in there! Sharon and the leadership of Raising Girls have great systems in place so that we can maximize donations and volunteer efforts. You’ll also get a peak into the intentional touches involved, from making sure the products are the right size to writing hand-written notes for recipients.

Thank you Raising Girls for all that you do to preserve dignity, confidence, and security for youth across Washington state.

My big kid wanted to pump the gas today. It’s a privilege to watch her grow up. Every morning we listen to songs she has collected for us, and she helps her brother find the songs he likes so we can start our mornings right. Eliza goes out of her way to make everything special and she pays attention to the details. Incredibly proud mom moments as we navigate the fifth grade evolution. This school year is going by so quickly and soon she’s going to middle school. 🤯
