With over a decade of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction, I inherited and expanded upon a long family legacy. As a third-generation constructor, I grew up learning the trade from my grandfather,

which instilled in me a deep commitment to quality and innovation. Today, I lead projects under the banners of J & L General Contractor LLC DBA Monark Build (CCB #: 224377) and V General Construction LLC (CCB #: 240304). In 2022, driven by his passion for building and transforming spaces, I founded V General Construction to handle projects from conception through completion. My expertise extends beyond traditional construction; I have successfully ventured into the real estate market, flipping approximately eight properties into valuable assets. My diverse portfolio includes major residential remodels as well as high-profile commercial projects such as restaurants, nail salons, barbershops, and more.
