METRONET - TMOBILE merger...just FYI for any neighbors with Metronet service....we have 1 gig Metronet since we bought our home in Fallschase, currently running $94 a month with no issues....however T Mobile is pitching ads with their 2 gig T Fiber plan for $70 a month with 10 year rate lock. I called Metronet and asked if as a current Metronet customer, I could get the better plan although they are the same company now. They switched me to a "Loyalty Plan" representative who confirmed I could switch plans and that the 2 gig service is compatible with our area service so no technician needs to visit our home...the service would just be upgraded on-line and new rate starts in July!

Looking to buy new construction in the Fallschase / Tallahassee area? Hire an agent that is RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION CERTIFIED. Although a home is new there are many choices, issues, and mistakes to be made without an agent who represents YOU..not the builder!
