Wrapping up 2025 with a lot of gratitude and momentum heading into 2026.
I had the pleasure of brokering two blue chip assets acquisitions, both located in prime Central Florida corridors directly off I-4 with strong national tenants and long-term Investment fundamentals.

None of this is possible without the right people. Huge thanks to the team, partners, and everyone involved who helped get these deals across the finish line - Sean Feheley, Tracy Waters, Makena Gonzalez, Justin Ghazvini, Jack Kane and the entire Premier Commercial Group Team.

The growth of our company over the past few years has been incredible to watch—we tripled the size of our team in 2025, strengthened our reach in Investment, development, acquisitions, dispositions, and built a real foundation for what’s ahead.

I am left feeling so blessed for the people and opportunities that made it possible. Very excited to continue building on what we started, with greater strength, sharper focus, and a clear vision heading into 2026
