Grateful is truly an understatement.

In 2025, I had the privilege of helping incredible clients buy, sell, and invest across Tampa Bay—closing 20 units and $8.8M+ in total sales volume.

But beyond the numbers, this year was filled with moments that reminded me why I do this. One of the most meaningful highlights was reselling the very first home I ever sold in real estate. Being trusted to represent it again—years later—as my clients closed one chapter and stepped into a brand-new season of life, new beginnings, and new friendships, was a full-circle moment I’ll never forget.
