Hot take: not all “agents” you meet online are actually chosen… some are just placed.

Platforms like Zillow are AMAZING at one thing: getting you to click. Those “Contact Agent” buttons? A lot of times, you’re being routed to whoever paid for that spot, not necessarily the best fit for your journey.

And hey, no shade, but buying or selling a home is way too important to leave to an algorithm and an ad budget.

I’m all about real connections, real strategy, and actually knowing my clients beyond a quick form fill. No shortcuts, no middlemen, no “you’re just another lead” energy over here 🙅‍♀️

Mortgage applications jumped 11% last week as interest rates fell to 5.98%—the lowest since September 2022. Refinancing led the surge, with refinance applications at their strongest pace since 2022 and conventional refinances up 20%. Home purchase applications also increased. The lower rates are drawing both homebuyers and those looking to refinance existing mortgages.
