I’m beyond excited to officially welcome a new agent to The Plemons Group!

Christina Montero brings so much potential to be an incredible top producing real estate professional, along with a true determination and eagerness to learn that you just can’t teach. I have no doubt she is going to do amazing things and I’m honored to play a role in her her chapter.

What makes this even more special is that Christina had been following my journey on social media for years—watching, learning, and staying connected to the growth along the way. When we finally connected in person, we immediately hit it off, and everything just aligned naturally from there!

This moment represents a new chapter for her career, and also a new chapter for me as I continue growing into leadership and building The Plemons Group here in the Tampa Bay area.

The past two weeks have been super busy and I’m grateful for every second of it!! Congratulations are in order for my first time buyers going under contract and taking the leap of becoming homeowners rather than renting. I also had the opportunity to help other clients purchase land to build their dream home on! Both of my investor clients have also done a price improvement on their beautifully remodeled homes.

It brings me so much joy to help my clients achieve their real estate goals and make their dreams a reality. Seeing the excitement and happiness on their faces when they find the perfect home or sell their property at the right price is truly rewarding!!

I feel grateful every day to be able to work in a profession that I am passionate about and to be able to make a positive impact on people's lives. Real estate can be a stressful and complex process, but being able to guide my clients through it and make it as smooth and successful as possible is what drives me every day.
