Areas that we serve in Florida will have low 20s temperature for 3 straight days. These temperatures are detrimental to people’s and pets health, as well as property, if not properly protected.

For plumbing in the exterior;
❄️ Cover/insulate exterior exposed pipes
❄️ Indentify main shut off - cover/insulate
❄️ Keep garage doors closed
❄️ Cover/insulate irrigation valve/shut off

Interior plumbing;
❄️ Turn on a faucet (Hot/Cold) and let drip
❄️ Monitor pipes that are on exterior walls

Pool;
❄️ Keep pool pump running constantly
❄️ Modern systems- Turn 2 Freeze Protect

Water Heater;
❄️ Solar Water Heater- Turn water ON- always running hot water will help

Getting ready for the next sewer video inspection, or as I like to call it; a home colonoscopy 🏥🩺🏥

This video inspection consists of entering a camera from the exterior clean out location into the house and out into the city sewer or septic tank.
This is used to check if there are construction debris in the main line, tree roots, improper installation of the main drain line, or damaged / rusted cast iron pipes.
Costly repairs can be identified with this inspection, upwards of $15-$20k.

The investment for this inspection is minimal considering the opportunity of finding issues. Around 33% of these inspections document problems that need to be addressed.

We are certified to perform this important inspection.
