Some days remind me exactly why I love what I do.
Today I closed on two homes for two amazing clients, and both came with big wins behind the scenes.
One was a condo where we negotiated $35,000 off the list price plus repair credits, making sure my buyer walked in protected, confident, and excited about their purchase.
The second was for my out-of-state clients from St. Louis buying their Florida vacation home. Through strong negotiation, we secured a meaningful price reduction of over 6% off the list price, helping them move forward comfortably and confidently.
