Touring homes is always interesting because every buyer notices something different.

Some people walk into a house and immediately picture family gatherings, pool days, or where their furniture would go. Others focus on layout, natural light, storage, insurance costs, flood zones, or how the home actually functions day to day.

One thing I tell buyers — try not to focus only on cosmetic things too much (good or bad). Pay attention to the feel of the home, the layout, the location, and the things that are much harder to change later.

This one in Palm Harbor definitely had a unique look to it.

Another St. Pete closing in the books! 🍾

Really enjoyed working with these buyers — they were so easy to work with and made the whole process fun from start to finish. We got to see a little bit of everything… some new, some old… just like St. Pete.

That’s really what makes this area so awesome — every neighborhood has its own personality and there’s something for everyone if you know where to look.

So excited for them to get settled in and make it their own! I think Chewbacca is going to love it! 😂 iykyk

Who buys themselves a house for their birthday? My buyers did! So happy for them!

After a few trips over the Skyway, we landed on the right one in Bradenton — and the timing couldn’t have worked out better 🎂

Bradenton’s one of those easy places to live — close to Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach, the Riverwalk… good food, good vibe.

And what’s a closing without a little “blonde moment with Moon”? 😅

So their car wouldn’t start after our final walkthrough — jumper cables and all, no luck. So we pivoted… cleaned out my car, loaded them in, made it to closing (we’ve got a house!), then headed out to grab a new battery. A few wrong turns, a little creative parking, a walk through the bushes… but we got it done 😂
