We are happy to finally announce that we have signed Edward Jones to a 10 year lease at our Shoppes of Wesley Chapel ! We couldn't be more thrilled to have them as a major tenant and see this relationship grow for years to come!

With the current state of our country's politics, COVID, social issues etc., the stock market has been an up and down roller coaster.

However, the real estate markets have continued to grow and provide consistent returns to investors with much less risk than stocks.
