It’s always hard having to tell a seller that their home won’t sell for what they expect. Unfortunately not all home improvements increase value to the current buyer. But this my job and I will not inflate a sale price just to get a listing. It has to make sense and be a win for the seller. I love giving other strategies to help the seller obtain their goal.
