✨ A Little Real Estate Magic ✨
When Liz was first referred to me, she wasn’t sure she vibed with me… until we met in person. Turns out, we were two witches cut from the same enchanted cloth 🖤 From that moment, the energy was just right.
Liz then brought in Cliff, Katie, and Mike with this absolutely spellbinding idea — two couples joining forces to create one beautiful home where they could raise their families together. A modern-day coven of community and love. 🌙
We saw just a couple of homes before casting our first offer spell — but the house slipped away when it went into foreclosure. No matter! We gathered our strength, charged our crystals, and found another home that was meant to be. The second offer was accepted, and the universe aligned perfectly.
For three first-time buyers (and my first transaction with four buyers!), this was such a magical learning experience. Truly one of my top three favorite closings ever — full of laughter, lessons, and connection. Friendships were forged in fire and moonlight. 🔮✨
And the best part? It was a fully in-house deal! The sellers were represented by the amazing Rondinellis — another powerhouse duo at KW Allegiance. Talk about keeping the magic in the family!
