Ok update, we have started the insulation and Pats getting the plugs ready. Won’t be long have the electric inspection.

I know it’s been awhile, it takes time to get everything in place. Got the old wainscoting started in the foyer, it’s finished in the den and master bedroom. I have to replicate the molding in the foyer and kitchen. Then put back the wainscoting in the kitchen. Have a GREAT day my friends……

Started the wainscoting in the den, I think it looks great. Will be better when the original milk color paint goes back on. (Soldier blue)

Beautiful wainscot (1790) got windows done mantle framed for the fire logs shower framed in and Pats got two rooms wired… ye-haw moving on…..

We got the old floor up and replaced a failed floor joist. Got new subfloor down, we had to reframe the window because of rot. Gonna be a beautiful bed room….

Got the columns stripped,Patrick has the new wiring started. Now I have to rework the big window over the front door. The window seal has rot all the way through. Pics coming soon of that.

Well today makes 1 yr since we started this project. Thank you so much for all of your support. It's so good to have friends who support what you are doing. Patrick and I are so proud of what we are saving. So much has been done, and so many thoughts go into a project like this. Thank you again!!!!!!
