We had a great time on Resident Pizza Day! we had over 21 pizzas and sodas given out to show our appreciation for our residents. Thank you for choosing to live in our community of North Point Flats!

If you are interested in joining us for a free pizza and drinks drop-in on May 14th, we want to show our appreciation for you as a new tenant. Please ensure you sign up by emailing or calling the office by May 11th.

THIS NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU THAT PEST CONTROL SERVICE WILL BE ONSITE AT NORTH POINT FLATS AND TREATING THE OUTSIDE PROPERTY ON
TUESDAY

MARCH 10th AT 9:00AM.

IF YOU NEED INSIDE SERVICE, PLEASE LET US KNOW. PEST CONTROL SERVICE WILL BE SERVICING OUTSIDE MONTHLY EVERY 2ND TUESDAY. IF YOU REQUEST SERVICE INSIDE, THIS COMES AT NO COST TO YOU, PLEASE NOTIFY THE OFFICE.

WE ASK THAT BEFORE INTERIOR SERVICE DATE, PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- ALL FOOD IS COVERED AND PROPERLY STORED.
- TRASH IS REGULARLY REMOVED AND PLACED IN THE DUMPSTERS.
- YOUR HOME HAS BEEN THOROUGHLY CLEANED, AND ALL COUNTERS AND FLOORS ARE NOW CLEAR OF ANY VISIBLE SIGNS OF BUG RESIDUE.
