Our wonderful property manager just informed us they have a package of 8 SFH in the Toledo, Ohio area going for $120,000 - for the whole package of 8. The average market value of these properties is $33,600, but they are GIVING AWAY The whole lot of 8 for a mere $15k each!! The gross rents come to $53,000 annually, with many rented to long term tenants. Is this a great deal or what?!?!?!?!
