She's been in there the whole time.

Waiting while you carried everyone else's weight. Waiting while you played every role they needed you to play. Waiting while you put yourself last, again and again.

The guilt is real. The uncertainty is real. But so is she.

This is your time. Step out of the noise. Go deep. Come back to yourself.

My retreats exist for this. Your home can be this. You can build this right now.

In those moments when I “play small,” am I really serving myself or anyone else?

For me and maybe for you, the answer is “no.” The alternative is to play big, live bolder and choose my own authentic path that honors me. Nope, not always easy, but gosh does it feel right!

You have given everything. To your family. Your parents. Anyone who needed you.
And you did it beautifully. But enough.

When does it become your turn?

You are responsible for yourself. Your boundaries. Your life. Nobody is coming to put you first — that is your job now.

If you're ready for that — I have coaching, sister circles, and retreats built for exactly this moment.

Follow — and take up every inch of the space you deserve. 🌿

I love this question because unlearning isn't about throwing everything away. Much of what we've been taught by our families, communities, and cultures has helped us belong, connect, and find our place in the world.

The invitation comes later, when life asks us to pause and wonder if the beliefs we've carried for years still fit the woman we've become.

Sometimes they do, and other times we've simply outgrown them.

To me, unlearning means making room for deeper truth, trusting our own wild wisdom, and realizing there is more than one road worth taking.

💛 What belief have you outgrown?

I named the voice in my head Frank.
He shows up uninvited, dragging things from decades ago. "What is wrong with you? Why did you do that?"

And I tell him — "Frank, your opinion of me is so old." Then I clap. Hard. Because when you break that loop, it stops.

The second thing I do is the Hoʻoponopono prayer. Four phrases — thank you, I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me. Every time I go through it, I realize I'm the one who needs the forgiveness most.

Frank doesn't get to run this show anymore.
