Back in 2018, when I was just beginning my real estate career, I found myself overwhelmed and disheartened when interviewing with brokerages I had previously been excited about. None of them felt comfortable or safe enough for me as a new agent.

Shortly after, I asked a respected colleague in the business for advice, and they invited me down to interview with Realty Executives.

Walking up to the office, I noticed a sign out front welcoming me personally. I was taken aback; no other companies had welcomed me in that way, and it made me more excited. Immediately upon entering, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Every person I encountered made me feel at home, and I quickly realized that this was where I was meant to be.

I've experienced tremendous personal and professional growth since then, thanks to the amazing agents, staff, brokers, and owners of the company. I thought I would be with Realty Executives forever, but in reality, it was always the team behind the Phoenix and Yuma branches that I couldn’t leave.

So, with that, I am proud to announce that I am continuing with the same real estate family, but we are now Fathom Realty Elite. I am beyond excited for this new chapter, and look forward to continuing with the same team backing me for the rest of my real estate career.
