Opendoor (iBuyer) PSA:

Just closed on this great Tempe home and got my seller $11,000 more than she was going to get from her OpenDoor offer.

But that's not to say its not a great resource, in May I closed with another seller that sold to OpenDoor and netted more than $15,000 than what we expected to get on the open market, and had no repairs to do, and no holding cost (home has been on the market with OpenDoor for over 3 months).

I always recommend getting myself or another real estate agent involved and let us look at ALL the options for you and together decide what's the best decision for YOU.

This one was in the works for a while. Originally being sold in the original condition. It fell out of contract. Client put some money into the rehab, and today we closed and made the seller $20,000 more than the offer that fell out of contract.
