We're just getting started.

As Rowan continues to invest in Temple, we see this sponsorship as the beginning of a long-term relationship that creates tangible opportunities for students, families and the community for years to come.

Temple Independent School District has a new community partner. Rowan Digital Infrastructure signed on as an anchor sponsor with the district, pledging $40,000 over two years to support district programs

Meet the Lasso Building: the third and final building of Project Temple, Rowan's flagship development in the city.

This building is also Rowan's final planned data center in Temple — bringing our total to six, and bringing our total investment in the region to a minimum of $4.2 billion.

This building was set to be under construction today, just like the other two that were approved as part of Project Temple last fall.

But when the City of Temple needed that site to expand its landfill, Rowan adjusted our plans and made the land available to the City so the landfill could come first.

The third building will now be built on adjacent land, also designated for industrial growth. Moving to new land meant it would need to go through the City's standard approval process, and that required a new name: the Lasso Building.

Proud to support the next generation of leaders in our community last weekend! Rowan was honored to serve as the top sponsor of the East Bell Youth Boosters fundraiser, an incredible evening dedicated to supporting local students involved in the Rogers 4-H and Rogers FFA programs.

Congratulations to everyone who made the fundraiser a success, and thank you for all you do to support East Bell County's youth.

Every career starts with a spark of curiosity.

For one student, it might be a science experiment. For another, it's figuring out how something works, solving a difficult problem, or discovering a talent they never knew they had.

Those moments have the power to shape a future.

Creating opportunities for students to explore STEM helps open doors to careers in engineering, skilled trades, technology, and countless other fields. More importantly, it gives students the confidence to imagine what's possible.

Supporting these opportunities alongside the Temple N.A.A.C.P. reflects Rowan's commitment to investing in education and the communities where we live and work.

Thank you to the NAACP Temple Branch for championing educational opportunities and inspiring the next generation of innovators in the Temple community.

When people hear that Rowan data centers will deliver tens of millions of dollars in annual tax revenue, it can sound abstract.

Here in Temple, those dollars support real services: roads, public safety, infrastructure, schools, and the basic systems neighbors rely on every day.

That is one reason Rowan talks about long-term value. Our projects are designed to contribute long-term, while requiring few public services compared to many other major developments.

Every student deserves to start the school year with the supplies they need to succeed.

Alongside our partners at Suffolk Construction, we're proud to partner with Churches Touching Lives for Christ to support Temple Independent School District students by assembling and delivering 75 backpacks filled with school supplies for students in grades 3–8. Through CLTC's partnership with Temple ISD, teachers identified students who would benefit from the program and picked up the backpacks to deliver directly to their classrooms.

Supporting local students is one of the many ways we're investing in this community beyond the construction site. Thank you to Suffolk, CLTC, and Temple ISD for helping make a difference for local families this school year.

About 20 employees met with more than 40 of our neighbors for dinner this month at our latest Oscar Store gathering!

We hold these dinners regularly so those closest to our projects have a chance connect with the team and ask questions about construction, timelines, traffic, and other important topics.

Thank you to everyone that has come out to these events. This was our third dinner in as many months. We're looking forward to hosting our neighbors again soon!

As always, if you have questions about our projects, please get in touch with our team any time via www.rowantemple.com.
