Five days on the market and sold at full price.

4730 Raintree St Circle E in Bradenton, located in Peridia Golf & Country Club, sold for $315,000.

What made this one especially rewarding was how much work the sellers put in before the home ever hit the market. They painted inside and out, invested in professional staging, and made sure the home was ready to make a strong first impression.

They were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I’m so happy we were able to get this one sold.
