Lynette Browne joined EXIT Realty Premium in 2019 as a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Morris Park, NY. She is a member of the Local, State, and National Association of REALTORS®, a member of the Women Council of Realtors, and serves on HGAR’s Fair Housing Committee. Lynette has worked with sellers, buyers, and renters at various price points. Lynette is a dedicated salesperson who became
intrigued by the real estate industry while working as an assistant to a salesperson for The Corcoran Group real estate firm. She was extremely fascinated with the fact that the broker turned a $1,000.00 investment into a billion dollar business, and she later went on to pursue a career in real estate. Lynette understands that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions people make in their lives, and that it is important that you work with someone that you trust, is a market expert, and has the highest integrity. Lynette spent 15-years working in the Banking industry for a Japanese Bank as a Senior Analyst and subject matter expert. That experience brings a commitment to excellence and razor sharp attention to detail. Originally from South Carolina, Lynette and her family moved to New York City when she was 10-years old. She attended high school in the Chelsea Area and went on to study Small Business Management before getting married and starting a family. After her children were of school age, she attended business school to learn a skill set for the workforce, and landed a job at Myers, Smith & Granady, a real estate management firm where she learned about property management. Lynette then went on to work for Sales & Marketing Executives of Greater New York where she learned the value of marketing and how it affected your business if you did not market smartly. Landing a job at The Corcoran Group was her greatest love, working alongside one of the top salespersons in the firm focusing on luxury sales and multi-million dollar apartments on Madison Avenue in Manhattan. Being in the midst of affluent New York City agents who were selling high-end properties, and who had apartments in the City, and homes in the Hamptons, was both a knowledgeable and exhilarating experience. Lynette was working in the Banking industry at a Japanese Bank when she decided to attend the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) to study for her license as a real estate salesperson.
