To our homeowners, guests, vendors, friends, and community:

Over the last several weeks, A & J Home Concierge Rentals and I personally have been the target of an ongoing online harassment and reputational attack campaign involving multiple unfamiliar social media profiles posting extremely serious and false accusations regarding our business and operations.

This situation originated from a customer dispute involving requests and expectations that were outside of signed contractual agreements. Following those disagreements, we began receiving threatening and abusive communications through emails, texts, and other messages. The situation escalated to the point where law enforcement assistance was required during an active guest stay after guests experienced ongoing harassment and became concerned for their safety and well-being.

Since that time, there has been a continued pattern of repeated online posts, accusations, and direct outreach to our clients, homeowners, vendors, and business partners across multiple social media platforms in what appears to be an intentional effort to damage our reputation and interfere with our business relationships.

Because of the seriousness of the accusations and ongoing conduct, this matter is currently being handled through legal counsel and cyber investigation professionals. We are preserving all documentation, screenshots, communications, and related evidence.

We respectfully ask that before making judgments based on anonymous or unfamiliar online profiles, you please give us the benefit of the doubt and consider the full context and nature of what is occurring. We are happy to privately address legitimate questions or concerns with any homeowner, guest, or business partner directly.

Our commitment remains the same as it has always been: caring for our homeowners, supporting our guests, operating professionally, and continuing to serve this community with transparency, integrity, and respect.

We truly appreciate the continued support, trust, and kindness shown to us during this very difficult situation.
