I met these clients at an open house I was hosting, and from the very beginning they talked about how they had been wanting to make the jump into multifamily investing for a while. They just needed the timing, numbers, and overall situation to work out in a way that truly made sense for them.

Here’s a quick look at some of my design work from Quarter 1 of 2026.

When people find out I do design alongside real estate, the first question is always how deep that work really goes.

The short answer, there’s really no box. I genuinely enjoy working through every stage of the process.

From early concepts and layout decisions, to finish selections, to full build oversight and final staging, my role stays consistent throughout, shaping how a space looks, functions, and ultimately performs.

Interior design was actually my entry point and what segued into real estate. I think of both design and real estate as two parts of the same conversation. I see how design impacts value, how layout shapes experience, and how everything plays into how a property performs.

No matter the stage, my approach stays the same. To understand the space. Refine the flow. Elevate the experience.

I figured I’d start doing a quarterly design dump, giving a look at some of the ways I contribute through design. If you’re working on a real estate design project in any capacity and are looking for that magic touch, let’s connect!
