Fellow Realtors...FYI

I have gotten 5 lead inquiries in 3 days on one property and everyone of them want to schedule a zoom meeting because they are interested in the property and afraid of phone connection issues. I have probably had 50 of these over the past couple of months. At first I replied asking for a simple introductory 1 minute phone call before I would agree to a zoom call, always considering the interest of my seller and not wanting to miss an opportunity. THE TROLL *& #*@^ SCAMMERS KNOW WE EARN OUR LIVING FROM COMMUNICATING WITH OTHERS. Do not fall for this. They are trying to give you a fake zoom link that will potentially reach into your system and retrieve your usernames and passwords. If they are not willing to put voice to ear then beware and move on. That's all I got to say about that!
