Over 25 years ago I started building for Sunrise Windows Ltd. Built their initial building and a few additions over the years. A couple of years ago I completed a 70K SF addition and I thought they would be done. Not so! More land and lots of planning lead to this current expansion of 127,000 SF. We started about 4 months ago pushing our way through a sloppy winter, putting in parking to move cars out of the way, wet fall soil conditions. Barely got the base course down in the parking lot for 200 cars. Footers caving in because of the wet soils... Then it froze up... Brought in the ripper to tear out the frost so we could put the foundations in.
Lots of hard work by lots of people!!

And now......
Last week, roof starting to go on.
Soon we'll start rough in for utilities.
Once completed, this will make their facility a little over 288K SF.
Proud that such a strong company put their trust in me to help them grow!!
