Hey folks! Just a quick market update: the Houston housing supply is up to 4.5 months which means we're trending towards a buyer's market and home prices are dropping.
Also the mortgage rates have dropped below 7% for the first time since mid-December.
So if you're in the market to buy, now is the time before you have too much competition. And if you're in the market to sell, now is the time before prices drop even more!!!!!
