JET Property Management is looking for a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Toms River/Ocean County area.
We’re looking for someone who is handy, dependable, and has experience with general property maintenance, construction, remodeling or similar work. The job is a little bit of everything — repairs, painting, drywall, basic carpentry, minor plumbing/electrical, property turnovers, cleanouts, outdoor work and other day-to-day maintenance at the properties we manage.
You don’t need to be an expert in every trade. We’re really looking for someone with good hands-on experience who can tackle different types of jobs and is willing to learn.
A valid driver's license is required. You should also be comfortable using hand and power tools, working on ladders, working outdoors, and helping with occasional emergency calls and snow/weather-related work.
Snow plowing, equipment operation and restoration experience are a plus.
