The median home that sold was **$335,000**, and it spent about **31 days on the market**.

But here's the number that really caught my attention 👀:

🔥 **100.3% of list price**

That means homes that are priced and marketed correctly are still getting **very strong offers—around asking price or better.**

So, what does this mean?

**Sellers:** Don't guess at your asking price. Strategic pricing can make a BIG difference.

**Buyers:** Don't assume every home will sell for a bargain. The right property may still have competition.
