Congratulations to my buyers who, truly showed that patience pays off. Getting this home made every single bidding war they lost out on worth it, as this was BY FAR the best home we came across.

This one was wild. After a long search, we found this great home for our buyers. We managed to get them an awesome deal that involved seller concessions towards closing, and then the home appraiser over the purchase price, so they were even more excited.

Then today happened... Sometimes it seems like everything is working against you, but when your buyers don't want to delay closing you dig in, get a little dirty (or a lot dirty) and push through so they can close.

In the end, the buyers landed an amazing home in a great location, and even after a crazy day, they walked away with keys in hand and smiles on their faces.

This one wasn't the most difficult, but it also wasn't the easiest. After multiple offers and tons of action in October, the initial buyer backed out. Hey, it happens, but unfortunately it left us going back to the drawing board at a less than ideal time for the market...right before the holidays. Nonetheless we landed another over asking offer with some great terms and got the deal done.

On to the next one!

This one was a long road to closing, but we got it done and am happy my clients were able to hand their beautiful home over to a wonderful, appreciative buyer.
