🚗 Big things are happening in Northwest Arkansas!

The new Springdale Bypass / Highway 612 is opening, and this is a BIG deal for our growing area!

The new roadway will help improve east-west travel through NWA, provide another option for getting around Springdale, and make it easier to connect to I-49. As Northwest Arkansas continues to grow, projects like this are so important for keeping our communities connected.

And from a real estate perspective, better access can make a huge difference for communities that once felt a little “too far out.” 👀

More growth, better connectivity, and hopefully a little less time sitting in traffic. 🙌

I’m excited to officially share that I’ve earned my Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification as a REALTOR®! 🇺🇸🏡

This one is especially close to my heart.

As the wife of a 20-year Navy veteran, I’ve lived through the PCS moves, the uncertainty of relocating to a new area, and the VA home loan process more than once. I know firsthand that buying or selling a home as a military family can come with challenges that are a little different from everyone else’s.
