Closing Day! (Sang in my best “closing time” voice)

This month was special and emotional and full of some unexpected hurdles but WE MADE IT!
For a first time homebuyer and a mom of 3, this was such a huge accomplishment for my buyer and I have been so proud of her every step.

These days are always bittersweet because I have led someone successfully into opening the door to their new home. I also say goodbye to frequent phone calls, texts and audios.

Today was a big win and I was such a proud real estate mama. Congrats to my sweet buyer on her new home!

Photo: we’ll be taking a nice photo of the whole family on the step soon. Today, Sparrow Coffee Co and Kaw River Rustics helped me with a sweet little closing treat.

Today we closed on this little cutie! Congrats to my seller for closing this sweet chapter and moving fully into their next phase of life. This home held her and her daughters for many years as a single mother! She and her now husband have moved into a larger home giving another growing family a chance at home ownership!

Congratulations to all the parties! It's more than a move, it's alignment!
