Mental health struggles don't always announce themselves.

Sometimes they show up quietly.

A teen who suddenly stops hanging out with friends.

Someone who no longer enjoys the activities they once loved.

A student whose grades begin to slip.

A child who seems angry all the time instead of sad.

These changes don't always mean something is wrong—but they deserve our attention.

Warning signs can include:

💙 Withdrawing from friends and family
💙 Changes in sleeping or eating habits
💙 Loss of interest in favorite activities
💙 Increased anxiety or irritability
💙 Talking about feeling hopeless or like a burden
💙 Giving away treasured belongings

You don't have to be a counselor to make a difference.

You simply have to notice.

Listen without judgment.

Offer support without trying to "fix" everything.

And when needed, help connect them with trusted adults and professional resources.

One caring adult can change the course of a young person's life.

Let's be that person.
