Sold. 🏡✨
This charming Stoneleigh home has officially found its new family, and we could not be happier for everyone involved. Well, almost everyone.
My seller and their dog (who is, for the record, basically a person) have mixed feelings. Bittersweet is the right word. This home clearly meant a lot. But bigger things are ahead- a new home, a new chapter, and hopefully more square footage for said dog. 🐾😄
Watching clients move on to the next season of their lives is one of my favorite parts of this job. Even when it comes with a little nostalgia.
Congratulations to my sellers, and to the lucky buyers who get to call Stoneleigh home. You got a good one. 🌿

This little corner of my yard used to be a problem. Rain rushing down the slope, taking soil with it, never soaking in.
So I listened to what the land was telling me. A few natural depressions, some berms, and native plants later, it’s a rain garden. The water stays, soaks in, and feeds the soil.
Working with nature instead of against it. 🌿

Closed Friday. First time homebuyers. And I may have teared up a little. Don’t tell anyone. 🥹
This one was not easy. Tight budget, tough location, low inventory, and multiple offer situations around every corner. These two had to work for it.

But they stayed patient, trusted the process, and we found them something great. It needs a little love, but the location is perfect and it checks all the boxes that actually matter to them.
First time homebuyers hold a special place in my heart. There is nothing quite like handing someone the keys to their very first home.

Congratulations to my amazing clients. You did the hard thing. Now go enjoy your home, and maybe start a Pinterest board for all that TLC. 😄🏡

When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring the city I genuinely love. A few of my favorite spots:

Fells Point- the waterfront walks, the restaurants, the views. I could spend an entire day here and not regret a single minute. The water just does something for the soul. 🌊

Hampden- quirky, creative, and completely unapologetic about it. The shops and restaurants here have so much character. It feels alive in a way that’s hard to explain until you’ve been there. 🌈

Roland Park- ok, this one might be partly professional obsession. The architecture is stunning. Tree-lined streets, gorgeous homes, incredibly walkable. I slow down every single time. 🏡

Baltimore has such incredible heart in its arts, its community, its neighborhoods. I’m always at some event, exploring somewhere new, or dragging my family to something they didn’t know they wanted to do. 😄

This city is special. If you’re thinking about planting roots here, I’d love to help you find your spot.

Did you know Virginia bluebells basically vanish by summer? The whole plant- flowers, leaves, everything- disappears completely, then comes back every spring like nothing happened. I love that. Nature has its own rhythm, and sometimes the most beautiful things are the ones that don’t stick around forever. 💙🌿

Who got a house under contract in under 24 hours? This girl. 💁‍♀️🏡

Look, I’m not saying I’m good at my job…I’m just saying we listed it, showed it, and had it under contract before most people even knew it existed. 😄

Here’s the not-so-secret secret: we priced it right from day one. Pricing a home correctly isn’t about leaving money on the table, it’s about attracting the right buyers, creating momentum, and getting to the finish line fast. Overpriced homes sit. Well-priced homes fly.

The other thing that made this work? My seller actually talked to me. We stayed in constant communication, made decisions quickly, and trusted the process together. Turns out that helps. 😉
