Robinson Ranch Community and Events We have worked & lived in RR for over 24 years are the #1 AGENTS at Century 21 Affiliated. Please follow us on our main page real estate group

Robinson Ranch is a beautiful community located within the city of Rancho Santa Margarita, California. We're sharing all the faces and places of our community that we love to call home! My name is Stacy Feltman and I run a real estate team out of Orange County, California. I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and in my time I have seen every market and every type of client: high prices, low prices, short sales, bank owned, distressed sales, probate, the joy of the first time home buyers, and on and on. I’m honored to work in a career with my husband, my partner and a staff where we can serve people in their time of need and help them build lasting wealth through residential real estate. I work with people buying and selling their own homes, but also work with people buying or selling rental properties. Our team services all Orange County. Our commitment is always service oriented. We are always available to provide information and to advise on all matters relating to residential real estate. If you want to connect you can find us in a variety of places, but easiest would be calling my cell phone (949.306.4879) or dropping me an email, [email protected]

Thank you, and I look forward to connecting with you soon…

🎄✨ The Robinson Ranch Holiday Parade Is Posted! ✨🎄

We’ve officially posted the parade route! As this parade continues to grow each year, we do our best to hit the most streets possible—while also choosing areas that allow for safe and easy turnarounds. Thank you in advance for helping by clearing cars from the streets and keeping your little ones on the sidewalks as we pass by.

🎅🏼 Friendly reminder: Santa and Mrs. Claus will be LAST, so don’t leave early!

We can’t wait to see everyone out on the streets of Robinson Ranch as we glow up our neighborhood one more time. This beloved event is proudly hosted by Stacy & Bryan Feltman of the Feltman Real Estate Group—your neighbors and the #1 Realtors in the RSM office at Century 21 Affiliated.

Let’s make it magical! 🎄✨
