Just a friendly reminder from your local home inspectors. As spring arrives and the snow starts to melt be sure to test your sump pump and hoses. It may also be a good idea to have an extra pump on hand just in case. Check your basement and pump often during the next few weeks.

Office Manager: How was your inspection and inspector?

Client: Awesome! Del was very highly recommended by my realtor and he proved to be everything she told me he was. He was VERY thorough and went above and beyond to help ensure nothing was missed! He explained everything in detail to me and made me feel very comfortable and confident in how to approach the seller with the issues. The inspection was scheduled from 9-12, but because there were so many issues he took the extra time and made sure not to miss anything and we finally got out of there by 2:30! He didn't charge me anything extra, he only cared about our safety!! It was an honor working with him and I would recommend him to everyone!
