An old friend popped up out of nowhere asking about a property she was interested in… and somewhere in the conversation, she told me she’s been watching my journey from the sidelines 🥹❤️ Watching the growth, the hustle, the late nights, the wins, the learning curves… and how proud she is of how far I’ve come.

She admitted she wasn’t even sure her husband would be on board with hiring a friend OR working with a smaller brokerage 🤏🏽🏠

Happiest of birthdays to this goofball. He makes everything we do together worth doing by just being himself.

• He’s jumped out of the car countless times to take random photos, to grab the wildflowers on the side of the interstate because I had to have them, to put out my directional signs in the middle of traffic, or to rescue an animal I thought was going to get ran over when it actually already had 😬

• He wears shorts almost every single day because he likes to show off his calves. But I like to remember how he carried buckets upon buckets of rocks up and down the beaches of Michigan for me with his bare hands.

• You can bet money that he’ll say “corn’s gettin high” while passing a cornfield or “man I bet there’s big bass in there” when passing literally any pond in the world. But you can also bet money that he’ll stop to help the old lady in the store that nobody else even noticed.

If you see him today, make sure you tell him happy birthday. If you have his number, call him and SING him happy birthday. It’s his favorite. And he’s mine 🥰

I got a call from Ron after he received mail from me about a listing I'd sold quickly in his neighborhood. Over the last 5 months, we've built a friendship out of our quirky sense of humor, some off the wall text messages, and some unexpected deliveries to his door 👣

While he has yet to give me permission to put a sign in his yard (yes, Ron - you), we seem to understand and respect one another on a business level and I'm very grateful to have met him.

Afterall, it's not everyday you get an interview, get put on hold, get hired, get maybe hired, then get maybe unhired... and STILL get a 5 star review... but I'm here for it. Waiting patiently for Ron to realize I'm the best decision he ever procrastinated to make 😜 P.S. Loom has now sold 3 calendars because of you, sir.
