Happy 4th of July from all of us at Gale Ridge.

Some houses don't need to be completely reimagined. They simply need someone willing to invest in them again.

Tigris was one of those houses.

Over the course of the renovation, we updated the interior with new flooring, appliances, countertops, paint, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and full height tile in the shower with an extended tile surround above the bathtub. Outside, we updated the exterior lighting, repaired drainage issues, replaced roof flashing, refreshed the landscaping, stained the fence, and installed new sod to help bring the property back to life.

A few weeks ago, Tigris was passed on to its new owners. We wish them many happy years and hope they'll enjoy this home and neighborhood as much as we enjoyed bringing it back to life.

Progress continues at Windmont.

New countertops were installed this week, tile work is nearing completion, and the new garage door is in place.

Outside, grading work has been completed, the front landscape beds are being reworked, and new seed and straw has been laid as the yard continues to take shape.

Several major items are checked off the list now and more of the property's original character is beginning to show through.

When we first walked through this house, you could barely move from room to room. It took two weeks and nine trailer loads just to clear everything out before renovation could begin.

Over the months that followed, this home received the care and attention it deserved.

Now, it's ready for its next chapter.

We're thankful for the opportunity to restore it and proud of how it turned out.
