If we’re being honest, I don’t know my numbers for the year. How many homes I’ve sold or what that amounted to monetarily. I really don’t.
I do know this…
When I decided to get my license in 2018, I promised myself and God that I would never allow my career to supersede being a mom.
It hasn’t.
All the while, God has provided buyers and sellers almost entirely made up of referrals. People who trusted me based on what they knew about me, WOM or through a mutual friend. That’s huge!! A whole career not based on marketing or leads.
Not that there is anything wrong with that. I’m just not there yet. There will come a day when these kids won’t need me as much.
I’m forever grateful for this season I am in.

God has kept me in a home where I could afford the rent, pay my bills, put food on the table, and buy a dependable car. He has blessed me with a man that loves me and my children endlessly. Did I mention that I woke up this morning in our forever home that is absolutely beautiful thanks to that sweet blessing of a man? 🙌🏼🙏🏼🤍
I’m at a brokerage who understands I’m a mom and still supports me. With a boss/broker that I’m sure would like to knuckle me up most days but, he don’t. I’m grateful he puts up with me.
