Small flashing. Big problem.

But this small piece of flashing is what helps direct roof water away from the siding and wall cavity.

A lot of buyers hear “radon test” and assume it is complicated.

It is not.

We place a radon monitor in the home for a testing period to measure radon levels in the air. The monitor collects the information needed so buyers can better understand whether elevated radon levels may be present before closing.

The day started with routine radon monitor pickups, but a last-minute home inspection request changed the schedule fast.
