IST- International School of Tucson had their yearly international day today March 7. What a fun way to spend the day. I stopped by briefly before my oen house today. Wow! I had a blast. I ate to my hearts content. I saw some former colleagues, former students, parents. It was brief, but so worth it. IST, you will forever be in my ❤️

This home’s story started with a simple hello at my congregation to a siter visiting from Canada. One friendly chat turned into, “My sister lives nearby… and she’s moving to Washington next year.”
👀 Cue my realtor ears perking up!

I casually said, “Well that’s perfect timing, I’m a realtor! When she’s ready to move out of Tucson, I’d love to interview for the job.”

Fast forward ⏩ I invite them to the home show at the Tucson Convention Center, we bumped into the twins from an HGTV show (yes, really 😄), and about a year later…
