The Oro Valley real estate statistics for July 2023 have been released. In summary, inventory is still low as compared to last July, homes are on the market longer, the median sold price is up as is the length of time listings are on the market. An interesting detail is the Sold price as to List Price has been on an upward trend since March and is leveling out at 97.3%. We are seeing multiple offers and some are over asking price.
