Colby & Molly has a picture-book story including a beautiful remodel and expansive home addition. Dreaming of going up and out with an extra 1,170 square feet of porches and living space, it was a bold undertaking for which bren.arc was proud to be of service. Colby & Molly’s home was strategically located in the neighborhood in which they had grown up together as school age sweethearts. Colby is one of Richard’s beloved nephews & hunting buddies. He was honored to be called in to help with their vision. It was magical.
