When we toured Patricia Henny a few short months ago, we knew there was potential…somewhere under the layers of grime, ni****ne and tar staining on every single surface of the house.

We were thrilled the day she became ours.

And then a pipe burst almost immediately, flooding the house over the course of several days before we caught it. The only thing better than the smell of stale cigarette smoke is WET stale cigarette smoke. 🤢

But that was then and this is now.

We partnered with our friends at Level Construction to give Patricia the long overdue TLC she deserved. Patrick and his team saw the same potential in her that we did and developed a design plan that is modern, classic and honors the sunny good vibes that made us fall for Ms. Henny on our first visit.

When we say that every surface was touched on this property, we mean it — starting from the curb. We trimmed and shaped the trees, added an irrigation system to the lawn, brought in top soil and put fresh sod down across the property (while cleaning up trash and brush). What was a plot of dirt with years of acorn accumulation is now a lush and green lawn. We replaced the exterior doors, added a huge deck on the rear of the house and freshened up the paint.

On the interior, Patricia got all new bathrooms, a brand new kitchen with new appliances, new HVAC and duct work, new insulation, new and refinished flooring throughout, updated electrical, plumbing…the list goes on and on.

We are beyond proud of this beauty! And we’re proud to attach our names to it because we’ve taken the time — and spent the money — to do it right. Henny is updated, refreshed and will be a safe and comfortable home for another 75 years (and beyond).

A huge thank you to our friends at Level Construction, who made all the magic happen. Patrick, Tasha, Andrew and the whole crew: your talent is only matched your ability to get sh*t done.

We’re happy to say that Patricia Henny is across the finish line and her new caretaker has moved in and is getting settled. This property is not available.
