I am incredibly grateful for this. Out of 4,985 Tulsa area active agents, I just found out I made the top 10% for the first quarter of 2026 for land and residential transactions.

I humbly credit my amazing clients, who trusted me to get them across the finish line of the deal, and refer me to friends and family.

Ah, my favorite thing, selling dirt to sweet families to build their dreams on. This 52+ acres is close enough to town for conveniences, but just far enough away where it's peaceful and you can see bazillion stars overhead. The buyers said that what looked pretty plain from the road was actually rolling hills, ponds, and views that are 😍. They told me immediately that they wanted it. So we made it happen! So grateful to help this sweet couple begin their dream of owning a property with room to breathe—and a gorgeous pond to match. 💙
Negotiations were moving along smoothly and a deal was reached with a slightly out-of-the-box package that included a bit more acreage. Then an even better opportunity came along, allowing them to secure even more land. We pivoted, made it happen, and my buyers are absolutely over the moon.
They are moving in before the snow flies, and I couldn’t be happier for them as they begin this exciting new chapter. ❄️

How sweet it is to close this one for my sellers! 🏡✨

This one tested everyone. Sometimes buyers cancel contracts through no fault of the property—but we kept showing up.

Your girl hosted 13 open houses at this home 😉
When the seasons changed, I had new photography done.
I staged the home a second time after a buyer canceled right before closing.

And you know what? It’s okay. Whatever it takes.

Being a real estate agent means coordinating with title companies, lenders, the buyer’s team, surveyors, appraisers—and often stepping in to help solve problems on both sides. Complications happen. Flexibility matters. Persistence wins.

At the end of the day, we all share the same goal.
