If you read my last post, Realtifaction had the nerve to call me back, claim to be the same Daniel I spoke with before, and the second time I asked to speak to Hector, the "supervisor", he hung up on me. The number I was called from has been "disconnected". 🥴🥸🤡

*Heads up for my REALTOR® colleagues*

I was just solicited to by "Realtifaction". To summarize, I kept the initial sales rep on the phone for 25 minutes asking questions about the company itself, their business model, process, agreement, lead generation, lead qualification process, the business's marketing efforts and how they compete with top brands like Homes/Realtor/Zillow, potential obstacles, communications, agent and client testimonials, etc. At 25 minutes, he put his "supervisor", Hector, on the line. Fun side note - Hector didn't seem to know what name to address the other rep by. I explained to him my "main concern". Hector hung up on me. I asked a legitimate question that I can only assume they did not have a script for.

Agents receive solicitation calls all the time. They promise innovation and a better experience for both the prospects and professionals. I am not a quick sell. If it is a problem for me to take time with my decision, then I have learned all that I need to about the company's integrity. 🙅🏽‍♀️

By the way, if you have any questions about the home-buying process, text me any time. No pressure to sign anything, no expectations, no solicitations... I am here to HELP how I can, whatever that may entail. I suppose being a real estate salesperson could be lucrative; however, I'm here to tell you that this career has not made me wealthy. If anything, I make less money than when I was an employee. This is what I always say: "I'm just blessed to be able to help the people that will let me help them." Don't get me wrong - I may look and act like I've got it together, but I am just here doing my best to provide for Kylen and myself. I still make mistakes and let people down, but by God I do my best! Grateful for everything and everyone I have. 💓
