Such a fun day!!

Three closings down in June and each one had a different story. 🏡✨

➡️ Closing #1: Helped first-time home buyers purchase their home with all of their closing costs paid by the seller.

➡️ Closing #2: Helped wonderful sellers who had called Alabama home for the past 25 years. While it was bittersweet to say goodbye, they’re headed back to Michigan to be closer to family. We were able to secure full list price with only 20 days on the market.

➡️ Closing #3: Another first-time home buyer success story! We negotiated $10,000 off the purchase price, $2,500 in seller-paid closing costs, and a brand-new roof before closing.
