When my wife and I are looking to step up our coffee game we stop by Coram Deo Coffee Co. It’s convenient, locally owned and operated, run by faith-filled christians, and has a drive thru since we’re generally on the go!

We’re generally the kind of couple that is happy to brew our own at home but it’s a busy season of life with our fourth child here and we can count of Coram Deo to deliver when we’re in a rush.

I recommend the hot “Maple Blonde” or “Caramel Bonfire”. If you’re looking for a bite to eat, the bacon and cheddar bagel is my go-to.

This is a relaxed, chill place that both meets my expectations when in a rush or when I’m slowing down to relax and meet with a client in their lobby. I even stopped by to meet my mom for a quick cup recently. Could be a great place to take mom on a mother’s day date this month. 😉

You will know your kids as adults far longer than you’ll know them as children. If you’re lucky, you’ll know your kids for about 50 years. Your kids will only be “kids” for about ten of those fifty years. That means 80% of the time you’ll ever have with your kids, they’re not “kids.”

You only get:
1 summer with them as a baby
3 as a toddler
5 as a child
3 as a pr***en
6 as a teen

Enjoy it while it lasts. Don’t waste those years.

Huge congratulations to my clients on closing not just their first home, but their first investment property as well! 🎉

They made an incredibly smart move purchasing a duplex by living in one side while renting out the other. This is one of the best ways to start building wealth through real estate and they jumped right in from day one.

What makes this even more special… they’ve only been in Idaho for about a year. The fact that they trusted me to help guide them through such an important milestone means a lot, and I don’t take that lightly.

Spring in Twin Falls just feels different 🌱

You can feel it—people getting back outside, trails filling up, and the community coming alive again.☀️

One event I always look forward to this time of year is the Falls2Falls Run. It’s one of those events that really brings people together—whether you’re running, walking, or just there to support. 👏🏽

This year looks a little different for me—I’m dealing with a bit of a hip injury, so I won’t be running… but I’ll be there cheering on my son, and honestly, I’m just as excited to be on the sidelines for that.

It’s a good reminder that showing up doesn’t always look the same—and being there for the people you care about matters just as much.

Another special closing day today! 🏡
I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to help these wonderful clients and friends through not just one, but two big milestones.. selling their home in February AND closing on their next home today.

One thing I’m especially thankful for was the cooperation from everyone involved that allowed us to negotiate them staying in their home rent-free after their sale until we could get their purchase wrapped up today.

Situations like this remind me how powerful good communication and teamwork can be in a real estate transaction.

What started as clients has truly turned into friendship, and it’s been such a pleasure working alongside people who share the same drive, positivity, and even a passion for running.
