TIME TO SHARE A MOMENT WITH YOU!!19 years ago, I was waiting tables at in Dallas, so I could save money to be able to do full time. I worked every single day, and would always take night shifts, so I could do everything in my power to earn as much as possible. On my VERY last night waiting tables (I didn’t know it was going to be my last night), a group walked in right before we closed (literally 2 mins before), and I about lost my gumbo, bc my all time favorite rapper, , was with them. They had a nice meal (lobster, duh—I upsold like a mother), and as they left, I ran after them, so I could get my time with Scarface (fun fact: I kept a disposable camera with me bc of all the celebs that came by). Still reading? I’m impressed. Almost done. Promise. ANYWAY, I tracked him down and I told him my story. He looked me in the eyes and told me to do it. Just go for it and make it happen. GUESS WHAT? I did it. That was my last night waiting tables, and 2021 marks my 20th year in real estate. TODAY, I reconnected with my guy Scarface, thanks to a remarkable real estate story that I’ll never forget, and we shared a hell of a moment, where he told me he was proud of me. Did I cry? Hell yes. Like a baby. I LIVE for moments like this. The moral of the story is this—NEVER hesitate chasing down someone that has touched your life. The worst thing that can happen is you’ll toss away your bow tie, and start a real estate company that helps thousands of families. Scarface, I love you bro!
